Shipping Information

We ship fast. If an order is received by 2:00 PM EST, we usually ship the same day or the next business day at the latest. Shipping is very economical. Shipping options with prices will display at checkout.

Returns

Damaged shipments

We strive for 100% order accuracy. If your order arrives damaged or there are any other problems with it, please contact us within the next business day.  We will work to get your problem taken care of expeditiously. 

Returns for any other reason

Please use the Will It Hold My Amp page to determine if your amp will fit on the Mud Stand before ordering. If you need help determining this, please contact us and we will advise.

In the case that you need to return your Mud Stand, you have 14 days from the time you receive your order to contact us for a RMA number. No items will be accepted without a RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue you a refund for the full cost, of the item, minus shipping. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. i.e....Credit card, Pay-Pal or Apple Pay.
